I haven't been able to shake this one because I realized that most of the time we don't need more information or a new skill, we just need to return to what we already know and actually live it. Oof. Heard and felt.

🍿 Snacking: Okay, this one is a little embarrassing, but I have fully lost control over Healthy Gingerbread Cookies.

My sister-in-law shared the recipe after Easter, and these chewy goddesses of ginger and molasses have been in my mouth daily since.
​
These are naturally gluten-free (perfect for this Celiac), and "healthy" is in the name, so it basically doesn't count. Here's a recipe you can try!
